After the discussion, I learned a lot of things such as I use some advanced capabilities of Microsoft Word commonly used to increase productivity and efficiency. I effectively use those features to help me improve the productivity of an organization by maximizing the potential of MS Word. I also learned to create form letters or documents for distribution to various recipients. As well as labels and envelopes for distribution and media-rich documents for printing or publishing. By these, it minimizes the time I will use to creating a letter which is called Mail Merge, But first what is a mail merge? Mail Merge is a process to create personalized letters and pre-addressed envelopes or mailing labels for mass mailings from a form letter. There two Components of Mail Merge: Form Document and List or Data File. The form document contains the main body of the message we want to convey or send, while list or data file is where the individual information or data that needs to be plugged in (merged) to our form document is placed and maintained. Also, the Label Generation allows to creates a blank form document and will use the data file that you selected to print the information. 

I also learned the different kinds of material in advance word processing. Pictures are used to express more the explanation or example it may be in a format of Joint Photographic Experts Groups (.JPEG), Graphics Interchange Format (.GIF), or Portable Network Graphics (.PNG). Placing an image in document necessary thing it helps you organize the ideas and thoughts effectively that's why there 7 image placement: In line with text, In front of text, Square, Tight, Through, Behind text, Top and Bottom. Clip Art, Shapes, Smart Art, Chart, and Screenshot are also kinds of material that we are using to illustrate those ideas.
